Fit perfect on me and it runs pretty true-to-size although it may be just a little bit tight for a medium. You may want to go up one size larger than you normally buy unless you really like a snug fit. I like my jerseys pretty tight so it was just perfect for me.

Quality seems good, especially for the price. My preference would be to have elastic in the sleeve cuffs, but thats a very minor thing, and the sleeves fit well.
