Before even getting to the review of the products, I have to say Ive never experienced such a prompt and polite reply to my initial query about the size of the towel rack I ordered! Customer service got in touch with me immediately after my previous review and resolved the issue in a flash. Then when the products actually did arrive they did not disappoint. At a reasonable price Ive received a toilet paper holder and towel rack that appear solid and have an elegant design. Absolutely no problems mounting them either. This was just a trial order to see how things went. With such a great outcome Ill be placing my next order pretty soon.

Simple but substantial, easy to install and totally worth every penny. Its amazing the difference a small piece like this can make visually in a room.
