The lock seems to be very well made. However, the instructions are very poorly written and dont really explain how to program it very clearly. This video is helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJVfsU0zvDo&list=WL&index=19&t=236s You will need to download the iE-Lock app. I would recommend the lock as it works great once you get it programmed. I would also recommend the manufacturer spend an hour or so and redo their instruction manual to clear up confusion.

I have to say, this purchase was one of the easiest online purchases Ive ever made, it arrived in a fraction of the time I was expecting, the documentation and online videos made installing and setting up the lock very simple, overall, very happy.
This lock exceeded my expectations. I like it because its not very showy. It looks like any other plain door handle, but works very well once you press your thumb to the biometric reader or start touching the numbered area.
La manilla funciona bastante bien. Parece buena calidad. Lo único malo las instrucciones, poco claras, me he buscado un poco la vida con videos sobre todo para el montaje.

2 good 2 bad one. Luckily the seller is willing to gives some credit back. The bad ones are bad due to the faulty software, which the password been set and not erased hence we can’t crack it to reset it.

Beautiful well made product although it needs special holes drilled to fit it, make sure you measure. Definitely worth the money five stars and I would definitely buy again
