I had not heard of this firm but needed a new bag and saw this which just met my needs. I was a bit sceptical but they have been much better than expected. The bag is excellent; attractive and lots of storage space. Delivery was on time and I could track all the way till it arrived. The price was good except after ordering was reduced even more; if you want 2 items suggest waiting to get the second! I will use them again ifthere is someting I need.
