The video and description of what we received is not at all the same. It is shown as an Angel tree topper in fabric gown that flows over the tree top branches when placed a top the tree!! But we were sent a solid plastic Angel with a solid plastic gown and solid plastic base. Absolutely no hole for use on a tree top and not one stitch of fabric on her ANYWHERE!! They sent us something totally different from what we ordered and we have no way to contact them except downloading app and sending email, which they do not email you back on. So yes! We are stuck with something we did not order and we have absolutely no direct communication with them. It is not a tree topper, it is a pretty angel ornament but not at all what we thought we were getting.

it has a base so isnt a tree topper as cant go on tree because of hard base
