For USB powered lights, they are very bright! Also for 1M length of LED, there are 60 LED lights, a very high LED compared to other similar light strips. The white light isnt pure/true white but very comparable to cool white with a hint or blue/green. Also the whole led strip is insulated in a clear gel to prevent accidental shorts with anything that might come in contact with the strip, so for the price they are definitely worth it!
