So disappointed with Light In the Box. I bought this for my 91 year old mother-in-law to wear at a wedding. Shopping is difficult for her. She told me to order it in a size 10. When it arrived, she tried it on and said it didn’t fit. We didn’t have time to exchange or alter it so I contacted Light in the Box about returning it. They REQUIRED her to lay it on a bed or flat surface and use a measuring tape to show the measurements of the item, take several pictures of it, upload them and email all that to them. She lives in AZ and I live in OH so I couldn’t do this for her. Light in the Box would not reply to my emails about alternatives to this method. I will NEVER purchase another thing from this company. HORRIBLE customer service.
