I am a 6 4" tall man and very muscular. I have ordered before and ordered 2XL and they were WAY too big....however this time I took a chance, remeasured my chest and shoulders and arms which were JUST a bit too short, but I wear them partly rolled all the time anyway, so this was perfect! and went with my regular US size of XL.
