Received as is in the picture. No elasticity though. But its good. Perfect fit. Very happy.

Note, that the color of the white dress is exactly white. The picture refers the color to be beige, but this is not true. The color is white. Measure yourself in order to find the right, fitting size for you from the size guide. Pockets are nice. The dress is A-lined. I am quite satisfied, even though I would have preferred beige color instead of white.
