I was reluctant to purchase from LITB because of some reviews. I am happy to report that my experience was excellent! Delivery was right on target. However, I found the delivery updates confusing. I did contact LITB customer service via the CHAT option to get clarification. I learned the item would arrive as indicated and it did. As to quality of the garment purchased, it was first-rate! I couldnt have been more pleased and the 9-year recipient was thrilled!!
