The lamp I ordered came in a small package, which was very surprising. The delivery time was reasonable. After opening the package, the lamp was well packaged in individual parts, we hadnt expected that. The instructions for self-assembly were more than poor. The advice that the assembly should only be carried out by qualified personnel was a joke. With common sense the assembly went without any problems. Instead of the included 5 cable clamps for 12 cables, I decided to use my own luster clamps. Now all thats missing is the lightbulbs. All in all, we are satisfied with the purchase and the product.
