Came is but earlier than expected.

The dress is beautiful. I ordered two sizes bigger because it was cut smaller, and I’m glad I did. I had minor alterations done, but other than that, it fit perfectly.

The dress was made according to the size. The fabric is very nice.

Although there was an issue with the zipper of this dress and I was unable to wear it, it was still a beautiful dress and I wish it had worked, which is why I gave it a 3 when I reached out to customer service. Sara Gus was such a sweetheart and went over and above to help me out. These days customer service is never about the customer, just about the company, but Sara was the complete opposite and took care of me and made everything very simple. Thanks Sara! Your customer service is why I’ll come back.
