To my knowledge the delivery went well, the issue is due to the discrepancy with the fabric of the outfit...it was not photographed well and the surprise came with how shiny the fabric is and the quality of the fabric. I was expecting a woven more subdue fabric as pictured. Item is still in the bag with tags on and has not been worn or tried on...

Way too big but I love the fabric, the style and my seamstress will adjust it to my body.

This dress received more compliments than the bride and that isnt a joke. As I was being escorted up the aisle for the ceremony, I could hear one woman say that she had to have my dress! Color was just as pictured, fabric was fantastic and it was absolutely beautifully constructed as a seamstress, I know. One complaint, there was boning in the bodice which did not allow the dress to hang properly on me, so I removed it. And as far as sizing, a US 6 fit well, although I am typically a US 4. Overall though, the most beautiful dress ever!
