Hat was crushed/bent on rim from being in too small of packaging. Had to lay it over material to try to fix it before wearing. Very pretty and got many compliments.

The hat is part of my beautiful and elegant outfit! But, they did something that I did not like and it was that they did not work it. Sealed to the emptiness obvious it spoiled a little, bothered me, because it is an article that is worth taking care of and that arrives intact.
