Bit shorter than I imagined- but very fluffy

I like it. It has the pouffiness that I was looking for. I’ll have to steam it a little bit overall it’s a good skirt. Perfect length for my height. I’m 5’1 and it hit right below my knee when I pull the waist above my belly button. Delivery was fast.
